M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bitumen (VG 10) at 5kg per 10 Square metre on old surface including preparation of old bitunimious surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Milling out the disturbed/ pot holes on bituminous surface ofRoad / pavements, any depth including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring Sunkern surface by cutting arround edges to at least 50mm in depth making good by filling in ready to place SHALIPATCH ofmake - STP limited ( or Are PATCHROC 250 of make - FOSROC / SHELMAC PR of make - TIKITAR) equivalent productin layer and well ramming and rolling with hand roller and making good the disturbed surface, (Area of each patches not exceeding 15.00 Sqm) including removing the milled out materials/debries to a distance not exceeding 250m, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:(a) Surface Preparation:- (i) Clean the pot hole, Preferable with pressed hot air, to ensure removal of all foreign and loose particles before pouring shali patch.(ii) Ensure that the minimum of the pot holes to be filled is 50mm. If the pot holes is more than 100mm deep fill it in 2 with layers of 50mm each.(b) Application of materials:- (i) Shovel shali patch in to pot hole straight from poly bag to slightly crown it. If pot holes is more than 50mm deep, apply 50mm layers in succession. When completed, compact the surface with a hand roller..

M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder(VG 30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient completecomplete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA972 of make - Dark Eye (or equvqlent in other makes, fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as permanufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.
