Annual Rate Contract For Hiring Of Audio Arrangement On Various Vip Visits And Other Function During Year 2024-25- 1 Hire Charges for LED Screen Day light type of suitable size for Display complete with mounting arrangement/scaffolding, masking of mounting stand, signal booster, network switch /splitter, data and power cablesandsound system arrangement etc. with skilled operator to operatesystem as and when etc as required. (If work contineue for more then one day , rates for nextsubsequent days will be 50% of the original rates.) 2 Charges for Providing of experienced and Highly skilled/ skilled/semi-skilled/ Un skilledlabour for electric repair/ maintenance/operation of Air conditioning /Air cooling / Fire fighting /Lift/D G set /CCTV/EPABX or any other electromechanical services/ systems as required.( One shift of 8 Hours per day ) 3 Highly Skilled Labour 4 Skilled Labour 5 Supply and installation of spike of M.S. rod 20mm dia 3.0mtr. long for earthing of (tower/pole) drive into earth by mechanical means sturcture connection the spike with cross arm top hamper PCC pole, lattics tower to earth etc. completeas per technical specification of DISCOM. 6 Hire Charges for HD Videocamera suitable for HDMI output, recording in DVD/hard disk fuctioncomplete with two operator as and when etc as required.(If work contineue for more then one day , rates for nextsubsequent days will be 50% of the original rates.) 7 Hire charges of Main service line for 3 phase connection upto 50 mtr. Length (without any joint) including meter board, panel/distribution Board and supportswith skilled operator to operatesystem as and when etc as required. Board and supports with skilled operator to operatesystem as and when etc as required.(If work contineue for more then one week , rates for nextsubsequent weekswill be 50% of the original rates.) 10 Single phase upto 6 Sqmm PVC insulated and Sheathed cable 11 Three phase & neutral upto 10 SqmmPVC insulated and Sheathed cable 12 Hire charges for public address system consisting of 2 Microphone with stand, Battery Backup, Amplifier,2 Loudspeakers with skilled operator to operatesystem as and when etc as required. (If work contineue for more then one day , rates for nextsubsequent days will be 50% of the original rates.) 13 Hire charges for 2 nos. 3 way Bigbox speakers with 5/6 Microphones, mixer, echo chamber, Amplifier, Battery back up with skilled operator to operatesystem as and when etc as required. for Musical programme. (If work contineue for more then one day , rates for nextsubsequent days will be 50% of the original rates.) 14 Hire charges for 50/55 HD LED/Plazma TV complete withmounting arrangement ,connections, testing etc.with skilled operator to operatesystem as and when etc as required.
