Supply installation testing comissioning of Trash rack at RD 40000 and repairs to old damaged Trash Rack of Penstock line 1 at forebay of power house Ganderbal, J&K UT - Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 2 Repairing of trash guard at forebay of power house by way of dismantling and extracting and lifting the damaged trash guard of size 20x 10 from the forebay. The trash guard shall be extracted by engaging hydra machine and stocking of the some at safe place. Dismantling of whole trash guard by way of cutting of riveted bolts and welded strips with oxy-acetylene gas torch one by one including straightening of strips, angle iron , removing of damaged portion of the strips/ angles. Providing of new M.S strips of size 50x6mm i n place o f damaged strips. Fabrication of frosh guard 20x 10 and checking of various adjustments. painting of the whole trash guard with 2 coats of red oxide primer and 2 coats of enamel water proof paint. lifting and Placing the trash guard in the forebay . canal with the help of hydro machine, Complete full
