Dismantling of damaged fire proof coating material from 2 nos. 600 MT LPG & 2 nos. 1200 MT HS column supports safely and precausiously. The debris to be disposedasperthedirectionsofSiteEngineerwithinthePlantpremises. Includes full metal tubular Scaffolding.
Supplyofallfireproofcoatingmaterials.includingsteelwiremesh Confirming to under writers laboratory Inc. USA (UL-1709) standard and Factory manual research (FM)USA standardshaving valid certification/ contract for the import and supply of the same for applicationon 1 nos. 600MTcapacityHorton Spherecolumnstoresist pool andtorchingLPG fires andbullet foundation . Includesfull metaltubularScaffolding A) Two hrs fire protection to sphere column supports.

Application of above supplied Fire proof coating materialon 1nos. 600 MT and bullet supports LPG HS by trainedandskilledworkersunderdirectsupervisionofsupplier. Applicationshouldbeinlinewiththespecification/standards drawnoutbythemanufacturer offireproofcoating.IncludesScaffolding. A) Two hrs fire protection to sphere column supports.

Providing& fixing MS tubular ladder / scaffolding system for 600 MT LPG Hortonsphere, (Cup lock type or as approved by EIC)outsideof the Horton Sphere to enableeasy approachto all the areasinside and outside theentireHortonSphere for carrying out various activities and inspection at all required points. Scaffolding arrangement should be with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge. Whereever tubular pipe touches the shell plate suitable rubber pads to be provided to avoid damages to the shell .

Paintingof Spherelegs of 2 nos. 600 MT LPG HS withtwocoatsof TWO PACKALIPHATIC ACRYLIC POLYURETHANE FINISH PAINT from approved manufacturer.TheworksincludingsurfacepreparationtoSSPC SP2by handcleaningwirebrushing,applyingputtitomakeeven surface,fillingofgapbyputtiat 2 nos. 600 MT LPG Horton spherelegsjoiningplacesand applying twocoatsofTWOPACK ALIPHATIC ACRYLIC POLYURETHANE FINISH PAINT as per approved colour and manufacturer’s specifications.Payment will be made based on area painted.
