The job includes identification of faults, supply of required new parts/ components, LCD, PCB level. Repair & maintenance, reprogramming of the radios as per IOCL\"s allotted frequency & channels and making it in complete satisfactory working condition. The sets have to be collected by the vendor from IOCL BarauniRefinery during visit. The repaired sets has to be returned back to IOCLBarauni Refinery within 3 weeks after receiving the sets at vendor\"sworkshop |

| 9 | Liaison charge for each license: IOCL have at least 05 numbers of VHFfrequency and handset license issued from WPC ministry oftelecommunication, New Delhi. These licenses require periodic(Annual) renewal from the issuing office. Vendor has to do liasioning for renewal of these licenses. This item shall be operated infollowing manners: 1. The required license renewal fee ofindividual license shall be borne by IOCL. In this regard necessarydocuments would be sent to vendor\"s correspondence address throughregistered/ speed post/ courier. 2. Vendor has to put all their effortto submit the documents against license renewal in WPC office forrenewal of the license within next five working days of receipt of thesame. The post/ courier receipt date shall be excluded while counting next five days. 3. Vendor shall liaison with WPC to release the renewal copy of license as soon as possible. 4. After receiving renewed license, vendor shall arrange to send the same to IOCL Barauni Refinery. |
