Repairing of existing Aluminium Standing Seam Roofing System: - Providing, placing, fitting & fixing 60-65/400-450 “SELF SUPPORTED” concealed fix aluminium standing seam roofing system of KALZIP/ LATEM/ Kingspan/ Rooffit/ Hindalco Industries or approved equivalent in 0.9 mm thick made of AA3004 Aluminium Alloy comprising of the following layers: -1. Fixing of new Aluminium Standing Seam Roofing sheet after cutting of existing damaged aluminium profile sheet with proper aluminium gas welding to the existing aluminium profile sheet as per site requirement. 2. Providing and fixing Halters/Sub grit Z (GI 75X 100 X 75 X 2.0 mm) in between two sheets to support the outer sheet on which top sheet to be fixed.3. Insulation layer: - Rock wool of overall thickness 100 mm, density 64kg/m³ will be placed in two layers.4. Top layer will be of KALZIP/ LATEM/ Kingspan/ Rooffit/ Hindalco Industries 60-65/400-450 or equivalent profiled sheeting manufactured from Aluminium alloy AA 3004, minimum thickness of 0.9 mm and Stucco Embossed coating on the exposed surface and finish as approved by Engineer -in-Charge.5. Item includes supplying, installation and fixing of standing seam Aluminium sheeting including cost of system accessories insulation, fasteners, gaskets brackets, screws, rivets sealants, inners closure fillers & fixtures all machineries & manpower all taxes, i.e. Sale tax, Excise duty, customs duty, service tax etc. complete but excluding GST. The above work is to be carried out by a specialized agency and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Height of the Building site is approx. 30 meters from ground level.NOTE: -i) It is advisable to inspect the site at Amritsar Airport before quoting the rate. The item contains complete work including Scaffolding, safety measures to be taken at height up to 30metre etc. All installation is to be carried out by an approved trained roofing installer. The installation team shall be fully trained & approved by the manufacturer. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. ii) Before execution of work agency will submit all the samples of materials to be used for approval of Competent Authority.iii) Agency will submit the Guarantee Bond in favour of Chairman AAI against safety and stability of the whole work & roofing system in order to prevent water leakage for a period of 5 (five) years after completion of the work.

Replacing of existing damaged flashing sheet and Supply & Installation of New Flashing sheet 1000 mm width of 0.6mm TCT thick in PPGL, steel facers with minimum yield stress of 300 N/MM² coated with aluminum-zinc alloy coating AZ 150 and colour coated with Super Durable Polyester (SDP) Paint coat with guard film, including Self-drawing screws, wether proof silicon sealant on joints for water leakage proof, taking away dabries materials clearing of site as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.Flashing Sheet 1000 mm wideNOTE: -i) It is advisable to inspect the site at Amritsar Airport before quoting the rate. The item contains complete work including Scaffolding, safety measures to be taken at height up to 30metre etc. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Repairing for Leakage Protection along Aerobridge Corridor on Junction of Aluminum profile sheet and glass façade. Following are the details as under.i) Providing and Fixing white colour powder coated GI Sheet (0.6mm thick, 600 mm wide) with EPD M (150 mm x 6mm) as spacer above existing Aluminum profile roof sheet with rivets (maximum spacing - 200 mm) and weatherproof PU sealant (Make - SIKA, ADR Polymer or equivalent). ii) Providing and Fixing continued white colour powder coated GI Sheet (0.6mm thick, 600 mm wide) with EPDM (100 mm x 6mm) as spacer above glass façade with backing rod (10 mm) and weatherproof PU sealant, adhesive as per manufacturer specification and sealing tape (100 mm) (Make - SIKA, ADR Polymer or equivalent). NOTE: -i) It is advisable to inspect the site at Amritsar Airport before quoting the rate. The item contains complete work including Scaffolding, safety measures to be taken at height upto 30metre etc. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. ii) Before execution of work agency will submit all the samples of materials to be used for approval of Competent Authority.iii) Agency will submit the Guarantee Bond in favour of Chairman AAI against safety and stability of the whole work in order to prevent water leakage for a period of 03(Three) years after completion of the work. iv) Consultancy, preparation of drawings, design and drawing & design shall be got vetted by NIT / Govt Engineering College i/c site visit charges & TA/DA etc.

Water Proofing of Damages portion of Skylight GI Sheet and Aluminum Profile sheet. Cleaning of perpendicular and Horizontal overlapping joint of sky light sheet and filled with PU sealant and after that priming surface and one layer of rubberized elastomeric coating of specialized rubberized elastomeric resin waterproof coating.Three-year warranty certificate to be provided by the vendor.NOTE: -i) It is advisable to inspect the site at Amritsar Airport before quoting the rate. The item contains complete work including Scaffolding, safety measures to be taken at height upto 30metre etc. The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Removing of flushing sheet along the skylight and repair off all the damaged part of sheet with PU sealant and use seal tape 50mm width or elastomeric rubberized waterproofing resin and re-fixing the flushing sheet with rivets i/ c labour and materials cost etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of EIC.
