Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Housekeeping And Cleaning - 1) Sweeping and cleaning of common area, lifts lobbies and of all floors, passages, internal staircases, internal pathways, duct spaces, entrance foyers, pump room, other utility room, terrace etc. 2) Dusting brooming mopping of all rooms / offices in the building including the common used halls such as Gym etc. Cleaning and removing dirt from the toilets, staircases landings, hand railings etc. 3) Lifting of garbage from all areas, segregate and dispose the waste as per the norms of the local body/municipality. 4) Cleaning of common toilets WCs, sanitary fitting and mirrors and disinfecting them with chemicals. Sweeping and cleaning of all open areas, removal of garbage from premises including garbage from open drains sweeping and cleaning of pebbles and dirt/dust, from the roads, sweeping and cleaning of multi – purpose area. 5) Cleaning of Auditorium / Conference Room should be clean with vacuum cleaner. 6) Sofa sets cleaning. 7) Dirt marks, dust, dryness / cleanliness and odor in wash-basin, WC Seats, floors etc. in toilets / bathrooms8) Remove finger or palm marks, foot print marks on walls, dust and gutkha stains on the inner surface and outer surfaces of glass panels of windows or doors and mirrors. 9) To keep hand wash, toilet rolls, paper towels and other personal hygiene material in convenient dispensers and adequately replenished in the wash rooms at all times. 10) Remove of cobwebs and dust from walls, beams and external areas of buildings, ceilings of all common areas, lobbies, lift shafts-space, dustspace in the building, meter-rooms, pump-rooms, removal of stains from wall etc. 11) Sweeping and cleaning of terrace area and washing. 12) Cleaning of electrical fittings and main doors. 13) Cleaning of windows grills, glass panels in the common area offices. 14) Scrubbing, polishing and cleaning of ground + floor of office building lobby. 15) Quarterly Pest Control Total Quantity :
