S/R To Uda To Adia For The Year 2024-25. ; 1 Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc.complete as per clause 201 of MORD. 2 Flank dressing to proper camber etc complete 3 Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5 thick built up spray grouting in one laers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12cm of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm 4 Providing and applying Tack coat over the bituminous surface, with bitumen emolusion (RS-1) using emolusion distributor cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical (MORD) specification as per clause no.503. 5 Labour for laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR , hot-mix plant,bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles etc(To be used for minor repair works ) 6 Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire& running charges of PRR,hot-mix plant , tar boiler and all other T&P articles etc 7 Construction of hard earth shouder having CBR more than 5 with approved materials of obtained from borrow pit with all lead & lefts, transporting of sit spreading, grading to required slope and compaction to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per technical specification clause 303.1 etc complete 8 Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil up to required depth with levelling the bed etc complete. 9 Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost conveyance royalty of sand and labour etc complete. 10 Providing cement Concrete (M-10) in foundation 11 PCC work of M-15 using 20mm and down graded chips including cost of all materials labour royality cost of carring etc
