Replacement Of Sewage Pump Set No 3 And 4 At Bharola Sps Including Allied Mechanical Works- 1 Replacement of existing Sewage Pumps Set No 3 & 4 with New Pump by carrying out the following works:Supply of Horizontal Sewage End Suction pump having Discharge Capacity 390 cum/hr and 12-14 meter head, 1450 rpm, fitted with Body-CI, Impeller-CF8M, Shaft- SS-410, Shaft Sleeve – SS 410 (Compatible to existing 40 HP Induction motor). Make KBL / Jyoti / KSB/ M&P/ Other DJB approved make 2 Supply of MS Base Frame made out from 150 x 100 mm channel suitable for installation of above pump & motor. 3 Supply of new flexible Tyre Coupling TC-16. Make: Unique / Finner (DJB SOR 2022: Item Code 21.08.20) 4 Supply of Coupling Guard 5 Supply Non Return Valve of size 200 mm Make :- Kirloskar / IVC / Other DJB Approved make 6 Supply Non risingSluice valve of size 200 mm Make :- Kirloskar / IVC / Other DJB Approved make 7 Supply Non risingSluice valve of size 250 mm Make :- Kirloskar / IVC / Other DJB Approved make 8 Supply of MS Reducer of size 250 - 150 mm & 200-150 mm dia made out from 8 mm thick MS Sheet, dully welded and having flanges with holes on both sides 9 Supply of Nut Bolts & Washer as per required size. (DJB SOR 2022: Item Code 45.1.53) 10 Supply of neoprene rubber sheet (DJB SOR 2022: Item Code 22.6.1) 11 Disconnection of electric connection from motor and taking out motor from its frame with the help of HOT Crane after cutting of foundation bolt and removing coupling of pump and motor. 12 Dismantling of suction & delivery side sluice valves & NRVs & fixing of dead flanges. Dismantling the existing pump by cutting off nut bolts with the help of a gas cutter and taking the pump set from the foundation frame to the floor level of the pump house. 13 Dismantling of the existing rusted & damaged base frame from the RCC foundation by Cutting the nut bolts with the gas cutter and taking out of the complete frame upto floor level. 14 Breaking of RCC with the help of power hammer for removing loose & damaged foundation bolt from pockets in RCC foundation as required for fresh foundation. This includes removing malba of CC from the foundation site by manual labour from the dry sump well to outside of the pump. 15 Providing & Fixing of the new Foundation bolt in pocket by proper welding to MS Jall of RCC with proper support and filling of CC in ratio 1:2:4 for grip of foundation bolt in CC structure and also making wet layer of cement in old CC Structure for Proper mixing and required civil work with proper levelling. 16 Fixing of new base frames on foundation. The job also includes fixing of Pump on foundation frame with help of HOT crane and making proper alignment with suction and delivery line of existing system, fixing of delivery taper and other parts with new nut bolts and packing etc as per required. The job also includes proper alignment on M S Channel. 17 Replacement of the Suction & delivery side Sluice Valve and Reducers with the newly supply Valves & Reducers with the help manual labour equipped with the required safety equipment. 18 Installation of the newly supplied Sewage Pump & existing motor on the base frame with the help of HOT Crane and manual labour equipped with the required safety equipment. 19 Replacement of the existing coupling with the new Tyre type coupling. The job also includes making of bores in the new coupling as per the actual dia of the pump & motor Shaft. 20 Testing and commission of Sewage Pump Set in the presence of Engineer-in-charge with full satisfaction
