Repair / Renovation Of Hs Diver.- Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 2 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 3 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 4 Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fir wood 5 Providing and fixing 10mm thick plywood of approved brand and manufacturer for ceillingwith all necessary cornice 2x2. 6 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm 7 Providing & Laying ofstone soling (dully hand packed) including watering dressing and ramming with all carriages loading un-loading and stacking etc complete 8 Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excld. The cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level(1:4:8 coarse sand 40mm nominal size crushed stone agg.) 9 Providing and fixing of 3.5mm thick glass panes of approved brand including all necessary beading complete. 10 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. With ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws 30mm thick 11 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)
