Fabrication and erection of LT side fuse set for distribution transformers under the Business Plan (Summer Plan) 2024-25 under the area of ​​Power Distribution Division-First Lakhimpur. Establishment work.- Fabrication of structure for 150 no. fuse set using 65x65x6 mm MS Angle (8 mtr. total length) including grouting of 2 no. angles 900 mm depth, providing and fixing of 8 no. suitable size of lugs and making ends of the LT cable of 100 kva to 630 kva distribution T/F and necessary extension of the fencing will be done by the contractor as per site requirement upto total length of fencing 2 mtr. with providing all material, labour and t&p required for proper completion under EDD I Lakhimpur. 2 Supply & Erection LT Shackle insulator 3 Supply & Erection Aluminium lugs for LT side cable of 100 to 630 KVA T/F 4 Supply & Erection Suitable size Clamps with nut, bolts and washers for holding the LT cable on fuse set 5 Supply & Erection Nuts, bolts and washers off size 6 Extension of Fencing of 100 to 630 kVA distribution Transformers by MS Sqaremesh fabricated on MS angles of size 50X50X6mm and MS mesh height 6 fthaving overall dimension completeproperly grouted and painted with one coat of Red Oxide primer and two coasts of Bus Green Super enamel Paint. 7 Grouting of Angles 900 mm depth 8 Fabrication of structure by cutting, welding and making holes for nuts & bolts and other related work with all T&P, consumable of welding , material, labour etc. required for proper completion of job. 9 Making terminals of LT cable and fixing of lugs and relaying of the cable, with all T&P, consumable of welding , material, labour etc. required for proper completion of job. 10 Carriage, loading and unloading of 65X65X6 MM MS ANGLE 12 Mtr long (1 meter = 5.8 Kg) (Weight of 12 mtr. Angle- 12X5.8Kg= 69.6 Kg) (10440 kg) materials from store centre / JE store to site. 11 Painting of the structure with first coat of red oxide and second coat of Aluminium paint.
