    Tender For Civil Work Of Roof Sheet For Factory; 1 Fixing of galvalume colour coated sheets with self drilling screw including cost of screw for roofing 2 Fixing of galvalume colour coated sheets in cladding /vertical sheet with necessary self drilling screw/ hooks including cost of screw/hooks 3 Fixing of ACC sheet with hooks & washers complete for roof & cladding 4 Fixing of ridge made of colour coated sheet with all necessary jointing material inclusive cost of screw, bolts, nuts, washers 5 Fixing of AC Ridge in pairs 6 Fixing of corner sheet in vertical 7 Supply& fixing of self drilling screws and closing of hole with silicon/M- Seal 8 Fabrication & erection of purlins 9 Dismantling of all existing old colour coated sheet, CGI sheet & ACC sheet, polycarbonate sheet and disposal of dismantled sheet as per direction of mills management. 10 Supply of trapezoidal galvalume colour coated sheet having covered width of 1000mm (Total width -1060mm). Sheet be made from base metal 0.50mm thickness in steel of grade 345 as per ASTMA792 coated with alloy mass 150gm total both side with colour coating having complete dip treatment process with chromat conversion (cr+3)as main treatment followed by PV primer 5 micron on each surface 20 micron DFT on exposed surface (sheet shall be supported with manufacturer certificate) 11 Supply of 6mm thickness ACC sheet of Charminar make 12 Supply of ridge/corner sheet made from colour coated sheet 0.50 mm thick 13 Supply of AC Ridge in pairs make- Charminar
