Supply Of Items / Repairs For Guru-05, Lrv, Unimog U-400 S/C 60 Hp Sonalika And S/C 90 Hp Sonalika Of Sub Division 1St. - ASHOK LEYLAND GURU-05 & LRV 2 Fabrication of new cutting edges for Snow Service Blade Assembly out of MS Flats with matching dimension of width and thickness, which will be supplied by the Department. The fabrication involves of cutting the flats by using oxy- acetylene gas to the matching length of four pieces of the existing fitted cutting edges of the blade and drilling of 24 holes of size 16-18 mm at required locations. The job also includes supply of new set of M14 bolts with nuts and washers of standard grade. All tools and tackles during execution of work are to be provided by firm. 3 UNIMOG U-400 4 FABRICATION OF NEW CUTTING EDGES FOR GILETTA/BUCHER BLADE ASSEMBLY OUT OF MS FLATS WITH MATCHING DIMENSION OF WIDTH AND THICKNESS, WHICH WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE DEPARTMENT. THE FABRICATION INVOLVES OF CUTTING THE FLATS BY USING OXY- ACETYLENE GAS TO THE MATCHING LENGTH OF FOUR PIECES OF THE EXISTING FITTED CUTTING EDGES OF THE BLADE AND DRILLING OF 20 HOLES OF SIZE 18-20MM AT REQUIRED LOCATIONS. THE JOB ALSO INCLUDES SUPPLY OF NEW SET OF ALL M16 BOLTS WITH NUTS AND WASHERS OF STANDARD GRADE. ALL TOOLS AND TACKLES DURING EXECUTION OF WORK ARE TO BE PROVIDED BY FIRM. 5 24V H4 fog lamps with bulbs 6 M/C 70 TATA LPT 715 7 Fabrication of new cutting edges for Ozamet/Bell Heck Blade Assembly out of MS Flats with matching dimension of width and thickness, which will be supplied by the Department. The fabrication involves of cutting the flats by using oxy- acetylene gas to the matching length of four pieces of the existing fitted cutting edges of the blade and drilling of 18 holes of size 18-20 mm at required locations. The job also includes supply of new set of M16 bolts with nuts and washers of standard grade.
