    Tender For Fire And Safety Equipments For Mcf-FIRE AND SAFETY EQUIPMENTS FOR MCF 2 Provide one Hydrant for 100m2area.(as per the Cirucular no.WM1/40/2022/LSGD(wm)dt 02/02/2022)· Hydrant as per IS 3844:1989· Diameter of delivery pipe – 100 mm· Material-G I Pipe· Colour-red· Hydrant should be placed outside the buildingminimum 02 mtr. away from the building.· 63 mm diameter female coupling with single headlanding valve.· Delivey Hose-63 mm diameter, 15 mtr length withmale & female coupling.· Branch pipe-with 20 mm nozzle and suitable for63 mm, instantaneous connection.Accessories· capacity-Minimum 50,000 ltr. for 500 m2 built uparea.· For additional 100 m2 area 10000 ltrs.each to beadded.· Material-Steel/Concrete/Masonary work.· Tank should be separated as minimum twocompartments to be inter connected externally.· while pump installations positive suction shouldbe ensured.· Provide Manhole for each Compartments.· Diesel Pump· Discharge -1620 LPM (as per the circular noWM1/140/2022/LSGD(wm)dt 02/02/2022)· Head – Not less than 35 Mtr.· Diesel pump should be installed inside the PumpHouse (BIS-15303)· Exhaust pipe of the Diesel pump should be fittedvertically above the pump house in such a way that the smoke goes directly tothe atmosphere.· Adequate number of fire Extingusiers shall beinstalled in the pump house.· 4.PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS (IS 15683:2018)· Extinusihers shall be filled with ABC Grade 40,Mono Ammonium Phosphate .· Installation as per BIS 2190.· Not less than 10 Nos. Fire Extinguishers shallbe fitted in such a way as to be easily accessible and visible.· Extinguishers shall be fitted between 1 mtr& 1.5 mtr height from the ground level.· Weight not less than 4 kg.
