Fabrication of MS Clarifier for ash handling of 40 TPH, Boiler no. 4 & 5 as per drawing out of 10mm thick MS plate having following specifications-(i) Cylindrical shell 10.00m inner dia X 1.50m height X 10mm thick(ii) Bottom Cone basedia-10m, slant height 7.10m, vertical height- 5.0m in 10mm thick plates.(iii) Outer Gutterfor clear water along the whole periphery of cylinderical shell comprises of Base & Side with Base support by 100X50mm ISMC, 350mm height X 300mm width X 10mm thick as per drawing.(iv) Central turbulance control drum along with base structure by 150mm X 75mm ISMC as per drawing 2.0m dia X 1.50m height X 10mm thick(v) Modification & shifting works of existing sludge pump lines to the fabricated clarifier(vi) Fabrication & Erection of clarifiers\"drain lines from end point of cone along with fitting of 300mm size gear operated butterfly valve & pipe lines(vii) Fabrication & Erection of clear water line from outer gutter to pump suction pit as per drawing (viii)Fabrication & Erection of structure column as per drawing 300mm X 100mm X 10mm ISMC (Box type) X 11.00m long- 06 nos(ix) Fabrication, Drilling & Erection of base plates for structure colomun in 25mm thick MS Plate (x) Fabrication & Erection of stools for resting of clarifier on structure coloumn-06 nos.(xi)Fabrication & Erection of working platform around the whole gutter along with stair type ladder for approch.(xii) Bracing binding of all structure coloumn by provided MS ISMC / MS Angle Iron.(xiii) Fabrication & Erection of gutter to fit on both side of central wall of Ash Pond for approch of clear water from Ash pond to pumps suction having size- 500mm width X 300mm height X 15.0m long X 8.0mm thick - 02 nos.
