Supply And Application Of Insulation And Allied Material On Boiler And Its Auxilliaries, Turbine Piping And Equipments At Ggsstp 4X210mw Units-75mm thick mattresses density 120kg/m3 3 50mm thick mattresses density -do- 4 40mm thick mattresses density -do- 5 50mm thick mattresses density 150kg/m3 6 Supply & application (including removal of damaged plaster)of 12mm thick hardsetting plaster comprising of asbestos powder and cement over insulation of steam lines 7 Supply & application of plain GI sheet (24 Gauge) sheet confirming to IS 277 latest version, over insulation to be screwed on the M.S.flat ring with self tapping screws duly joint sealed with sealant & 2 Coats of bitumestic paint in inside portion of sheet including any welding work and hardware etc 8 Supply & application of CorrugatedG.I. sheet (24 Gauge) sheet. 9 Removal of Al /GI/Ribbed Sheet etc.(All thickness)from all types of ducts,pipes, tubes, dampers and bends etc 10 Application of useable dismentled GI/Al/Ribbed Sheet over insulation to be screwed on the MS.Flat rings with self tapping screws duly joint sealed with sealant 11 Screwing, Sealing & resetting of already existing Al/GI/Ribbed Sheet including any welding work and hardware etc 12 To remove, supply and application of pad insulation, then to be covered with GI sheet of 26 SWG thickness (GI sheet also to be supplied by contractor)for TG piping & equipment of following thickness: 13 i) 60mm thickness 14 ii) 120 mm thickness 15 iii) 180 mm thickness 16 Supply & application of new G.I. sheet of 26 SWG over the existing insulation 17 To remove existing insulation then supply & application of pad insulation only for TG piping & equipment of following thickness: 18 i) 60mm thickness 19 ii) 120 mm thickness 20 iii) 180 mm thickness 21 Application of reusable removed GI Sheets from turbine pipingequipment at GGSSTP 22 Repair of spray insulation of HPT, IPT and Governing valves casings by supply & application of material. 23 Covering insulation mattresses with hard setting plaster comprising of asbestos fluff and cement by supply & application of material.
