Tender For Periodical Services At Age B/R-Ii Under Ge (West) Lucknow; 1 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall or concrete surface including finishing the surface even and fair including taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying subsequent coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparation of old painted surface of woodand wood based material of any description area exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preparing old painted surface of steel/iron of any description area exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 6 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust,loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 7 M & L for Providing and applying minimum 1 mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material & Labour for preparation of old/ new plastered surfaces of finished walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note- Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine ( Mechanical means)Note for item No. 06 to 08 :-The work for periodical services shall include the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall include the same :-(a) The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer ofthe materials like Exterior Emulsion paint, putty etc after approval by the GE. (b) The Contractor shall upload with the documents under cover I Memoradum of Understanding (MOU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected.(c) Use of Scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures.(d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc(e) Work in patches and in narrow / widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary.(f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes.(g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery , electric fittings , wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(h) Sample patch of 10Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work. 9 M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. 11 S & F in repair sand Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F in repairs of sand Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, fixed to walls 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 13 S & F in repairs ofBends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 14 S&F in repairs of Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 15 M & L for obliterating number plate and painting backgound using black synthetic enamel paint and building number with white synthetic enamel paint, overall area of plaque exc 0.10 Sqm but n exc 0.40 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
