    Inspection of Condenser tubes flaring and torque setting by using special tools & Tube sheets, Cleaning /degreasing and Epoxy coating to thethickness of 1500 Microns on Condenser tube sheets of the condenser and Cleaning, sand blasting and Painting of cooling water Box inlet & outlet side of theCondenser LHS & RHS, Front & Rear Sides, tie rods etc. during COH- 2024-2025.; 1 Charges for one side either front/back side of LHS/RHS inspection of condenser tube and tube sheet for internal repair by using special tools and methods. 2 CONDENSER WATER BOX EPOXY COATING: Cleaning, degreasing and preparing exterior surface of the condenser water box by grid blasting and apply a Epoxy coating to an average thickness of 1500 Microns. 3 Charges for surface cleaning for the removal of existing old partly hard sticking coated paint from cooling water Box inlet & outlet side of the condenser, Left Hand Side & Right Hand Side, Front & Rear sides, tie rods etc., for carrying out sand blasting process. 4 Charges for sand blasting of cooling water Box inlet & outlet side of the condenser Left Hand Side & Right Hand Side, Front & Rear sides, tie rods etc., (sand contractor’s scope). 5 Painting of cooling water Box inlet &outlet side of thecondenser LHS & RHS, Front & Rear sides, tie rods etc. with Black paint (paint contractor scope). 6 Cost of Epoxy coating material/M2(For Sl No.02) 7 Material Chargesfor sand /M2(For Sl No.04) 8 Material ChargesforEnamel paint /M2 (For Sl No.05) 9 Charges for Consumables and T&P’s item Sl.No:1 to 5
