    Block Repair And Painting Of Steel Pontoon Sp-Iii-1 Pontoon to be blocked and unblocked. 2 Ultrasonic gauging to be done i.e. Bottom, Side hull, Deck, Transom by IRS (Indian Register of Shipping) certified agency. 3 Renewal of Fairleads including doubler plate. 4 Renewal of twin bollards including doubler plate. 5 Fabrication and fitment of steel blister fender from 200NB half cut pipe stiffed with ‘D’ shaped stiffed 500mm apart. 6 Steel renewalSide hull-30x1.5x8-2side-5.652MT.Transom- 9x1.5x8-2side-1.695 MT.7% of deck plate-1.186 MT.30% of bottom plate-5.086 MT. 7 Chipping, scrapping & cleaning external and internal surfaces 8 External hull including deck fittings of the pontoon to be painted by1 coats of Epoxy Primer and 1 coats ofblack paint 9 Interior surface including BHDs’ and structural members to be painted by 1 coats of Epoxy Primer
