Supply and fixing in position as per layout of Mushroom shaped MS steel itemall as per drawing, instruction given Engineer in Charge,(Rate inclusive of testing, transportation, erection in position etc.) is given below :-

Supply and fixing in position of factory made Mild Steel (MS) Mushroom shape semisphere head of 300mm dia alongwith mild steel (MS) stud 100mm dia 300mm dia welded with mild steel (MS) plate of 460mm x 300mm x 20mm thick. All the three members to be welded togtherby mig welding. 4Nos ofanchor fasteners L150 for eachMushroom shapedsemisphereitem.Note:- (a) Only machining process to be adopted. Forging or casting is not permitted/not allowed/notacceptablein the fabrication/processing of the material. (b) The work/ratesincludeloading,unloading, transportation, testing, supplyand fixingof MushroomshapedMS Steel item all as perdrawings.
