Tender For Periodical Services Including Smart Periodicals To Md Accn At Stn Bareilly Under Ge (East) Bareilly; 1 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall surfaces over and including a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L for preparation of putty/ plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using roller complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying 1.5mm thick wall care putty on wall surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion using roller complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for preperation of old decorated or undecorated ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for applying two coat of wall putty on new surface and applying one coat of exterior water based primer by using Airless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressue and paint usage and certified by jpaint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories fpr applying distemper, should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper, on the surface to achieve excllent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment, preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls / roofprojections including facia,cornices etc. and applying two coat of wall putty and applying one coat of primer by using Airless spray techonology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose lengthof 30 mtr, the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressue and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying Primer, should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of Primer, on the surface to achieve excllent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of old decorated surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. 8 M&L for applying two coat of exterior weather proof 100% anti fungal acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives that offer anti algae high performance exterior wall finishapplied by using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacture with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying exterior weather proof paint, should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of exterior weather proof paint on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 11 Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcfrom ground floor complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over a coat of primer on old decorated or undecorated Roof/ Wall surfaces/ jaffery including preparation by brooming down or steelwire brushing, scrapping down, brushing, washing rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in ceilings complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed 15 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement forupto 15 mheight From ground level complete all as specified and directed (Note: Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangements for working) 16 M&L for cutting chases of hanging chajjas, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges ofsunshades, shelves, lintels, Chajja ( up to IInd floor) etc making good, cutting out exc 10cm and not exc 40cm girth in RCC chajjas upto height not exc 12m from ground level in brick walls complete all as specified and as directed.Note :Cost of scafolding for taking down is deemed to be incuded in this item 17 M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling, plastered or unplastered and applying 3 coats of white wash to ceilings complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion after preparation of wall surface, applying with 2mm thick in two layer wall putty complete all as specified and directed 19 M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F in repair 10 mm thick PVC board of size not exceeding 0.36 sqm for marking of quarter/ bldg numbers ,Periodical date ,vintage year, date of special repair and date of addn/altnincluding writing letters, figures, stops, commas, dashes, hypen, brackets etc with all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. Note-Design, colour, size of boards and letters shall be approved by GE.
