Repair and Servicing of Oil system, Fuel system and other related parts including replacement of oil, filters (Oil & Fuel), topup of Distilled water etc.as required and the testing the same on Idle / load condition.

Major overhauling of alternator by dismantling main stator with rotor assembly, removing burnt copper wire, cleaning and rewinding with new copper wire along with all required insulation materials, varnishing, heating, fixing of Kirloskar Green AVR and Rotating rectifier assembly, reassembling and coupled with Engine i/c cableconnection and testing for satisfactory performance etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
