M &L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring/ hard standing and finishing the concrete surface even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in benching and coping including necessary moulds and form work and finished exposed surfaces and channels using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brickwork with fly ash bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius on plain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers (12 mm + 8mm) on other than fair faces of brick surface in CM 1:4 including WPC in external 8mm thick layer finished even and smooth with neeru finish to rendering @ 3 kg/sqm. Also wire mesh is to be provided in betweentwo layers of rendering complete all as specified and directed. Note: Wire mesh and wpc should be measured and paid separately as under respective items of this schedule

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.71 mm dia fixed with tinned tacks of wire staplesto plastered surface having mesh size 12 mm complete all as specified and directed.
