    Tender For Segregation Of Area In Hostels; 1 S/I/T/C of 60mm thick PIR fire proof panel up[to 2Hrs haing finished with 0.5mm TCT PPGI sheet on both side of the walls panel in off white colour, flashing, etc all complete 2 Supply of Powder Coated Galvanized Steel 120 minute Fire Door : Specification :1. Door tested for 120 minute under BS:476 (Part -20 & 22) 1987 & IS:3614, (Part- 2) 1992.2. Door frames to be Single Rebate profile of 100 x 57mm manufactured from1.2mm GI sheet.3. Door Shutter in 46mm thick manufactured from 0.8mm GI sheets.4. Door Shutter lock seam jointed at stile edges to form a double skin fully flushshell which remains interlocked credit goes to its profile.5. Infilled Honeycomb to be provided for structural rigidity, additionalreinforcements & sound Insulation.6. The internal construction of the door will be appropriate for all hardwarefixtures as required.7. Hardware Included :- 4 Hinges, 1 Door Closer, 1 View Port 200-300 MM, 1Dead Lock Set & 1 D Type B2B Handle 19*250MM
