Spray painting of lift car, landing door both side (inner & outer) and lift facia plate with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour, making the surface suitable with putty filling wherever required, primer, rubbing and cleaning etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of anti-slippery PVC flooringof minimum 2 mm thick in the lift car i/c removing of existing worn out PVC flooring, cleaning and making the surface smooth with cement putty/filling and fixing the new PVC flooring etc complete as required.
