Excavation of foundation in hard soil witin 50m initial lead 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & levelling as per the direction of Engr in charge

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost and conveyance of materials.

C.C.(1:4:8) with 20 mm. size h.g. chips in F&P.

Brick work with Fly Ash brick (23x11x8)cm having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +- 8% in CM (1:6) in F&P

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hard granite chips (per Cum)

Supplying of GI pipe Complete as per Technical specification in cluding MS iron flat pieces and nuts & bolts.
Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and record racks(labour only) including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as per direction of enigineer in-charge

Hoisting Joist & Truses and placing in position

12mm thick cement plaster in Cm (1:6) over brickwork outside in ground floor

Cement washing one coat over plaster work

Finishing with two coats water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new works

Filling moorum inside truss area.

Laying in trenches with 32 mm dia PVC pipes confirming to IS codeincludind jointswith approved slovent by non-heat method as per specification complete

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated soil including watering, raming as specification

Supplying & fixing Agroshed net (75%) green & black with all cost of labour & material all complete
