Tender For The Work Of Conveyor Belt Jointing, Patching, Rubber Lining And Lagging Works Of Different Size Of Pulleys And Drums Of Chp, Obra Tps, 1 Removal of old & Damaged belt & shifting the same at the specified place near Tower No. 1 along with other scraps if any. 2 Transportation of New/Old & used belt from site to scrap yard/site store and vice-versa 3 By Hot vulcanizing process along with transportation of complete vulcanizing/vulcanizing structure. 4 By Cold vulcanizing process. 5 Laying of the belt on Con. Rollers either same collected belt on gravity take–up and other parts of Con. due to breakdown or adding /existing New/Old & used belt. 6 Clamping ofthe belt ,opening of the gear hold back bolts and coupling bolts, removal of the counter weight of gravity take-up box, lifting of the gravity takeup, After completion of the work fixing of coupling bolts & gear hold back bolts putting back counter weight in gravity takeup box and decoupling etc. Tensioning of the belt including all rigging works thereafter release of the belts tension after completion of the work and satisfactory trial run. 7 To carry out the work of repair of hole & patches on top & bottom side of existing conveyor belt by cold vulcanizing/Hot vulcanizing process. 8 Jointing work of belt pieces by proper splicing longitudinally by applying the vulcanizing material and proper cold vulcanizing process. 9 Repairing Conv. Belts having cuts/holes by longitudinal joint of conveyor belt by using cold vulcanizing technique at site. 10 Work of rubber lagging of various types of drums/pulleys of Conv. system by grooved rubber sheet of 20mm thickness by using cold vulcanizing technique of CHP, BTPS 11 Work of Rubber lining of various types of drums / pulleys by using cold vulcanizing technique of ‘B’TPS
