    tender for Maintenance Of 2 No. New 33Kv O/C And E/F Relay Alstom Make Maintenance Of 2 No. New 33Kv O/C And E/F Relay Alstom Make At 132Kv S/S Tundla Under Etd, Firozabad, 1 supply of over current earth fault relay ALSTOM/SIEMENS/ABB/ZIV make suitable for 33 kv feeder relay panel with following features. (a) having atleast 6 BI 7 BO with 1 alarm output(b)Aux supply 110 v DC (c) having aux current 1A and voltage -110 V (d) having internal E/F & O/C and also time delayed E/F & O/C features. (e) communication interface RS-485 2 Retrofitting/refitting of new relays by cutting MS sheet of relays size and mounting it with proper drilling and tighting with nut bolts , painting , the used MS sheet with same colours as panel dismantaling old defected/damaged relay by way of opening the terminal connection of old relays.with all connection checked through all circuit for proper functioning and check for DC inputs. 3 Rewiring in relay panel with proper dressing , ferruling and termination in C&R panel . work should be done by skilled engineer. 4 Work for commissioning and testing of new installed relays and all required test should be done related to related to relays as per testing standards of T&C team. testing of extracting data from relay,checking DR, checking for access from laptop and then final testing of relays for tripping check and proper functioning.Testing instruments will be provided bydepartment & testing should be done by skilled engineer .
