| 2 | Supply, Installation, Successful Commissioning and Testing of LT Double Door IP55 Indoor Panel Box of size 36\" (W) x 48\" (H) x 20\" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of red oxide & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colourpaint and consisting of items as mentioned in a) to f). The 50 sq.mm Incomer UG Cable shall be terminated as Incomer to 250A MCCB. The Output from from the 250A MCCB shall be connected to 4 x 250 Ampere range Aluminium Bus-Bars for R, Y, B & N. Output from the Bus-Bar shall be connected to 3 x 125A MCCBs with suitable range and rated Individual Aluminium Cable / Aluminium Bus-Bars.From this Bus-Bars, the Sub-Circuits shall be tapped for Output. All existing Incoming & Out going Cables / Circuits to be connected back to the new LT Panel.A Separate Aluminium Bus-Bar for connecting the Sub-Circuits Earth Wires in the Panel and extended for 2 Inches outside the Panel on both sides, for connecting Bare Copper Wires from the Earthpit. 4 Nos of plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of UG cable(s) at the bottom of the Panel, Cable Alley are to be made available. The panel shall be have individual hinges with locking arrangement doors for each MCCB distribution chamber within the compartment. The LT Box shall be mounted on the floor with total stand height of 0.75-1.5 Feet grouted to the floor, doors on front with locking arrangements. The stand portion from the floor on all 4 sides shall be suitable covered with removable type metal sheet (screwed to the stand) painted with same colour as of LT Box. All visible Bus-Bars inside the Panel shall be suitably covered with the 6mm Hylem sheets. 6\" x 6\" water proof vents shall be provided on both the sides of the Panel, covered with wire mesh from inside. Important:All incoming / outgoing armoured cables / Sub-Main Circuits shall be terminated with suitable size copper / aluminiumlugs (for copper cables / wires, coppler lugs and for aluminium cables / wires, aluminium lugs). During connections, if any Incoming / Outgoing cables is / are need to be extended, part of the work (Cable/ Wires for extension of connection will be provided by CSIR-CFTRI).Existing Energy Meter to be fixed and serviced in the new panel. a) Aluminium Bus Bar of size 50mm x 5 mm insulated with fire proof tape, mounted on Bus Bar Insulators. - 04 Nos; b) 125 A, 36KA, 4Pole, MCCB - 03 Nos; c) 250A, 36KA, 4Pole MCCB - 01 No; d) RYB LED Phase Indication Lamps with Fuse Unit for Input and Output - 2 Sets; e) Aluminium Earth Bus-Bar 50mm x 5mm - 01 No; f) HT Rubber Mat (6\" x 3\") - 1 No. S.No: a), d), e) & f) Make: Any ISI Brand; S.No: b) & c)Make: Please refer the Special Conditions of Electrical in Tender Documents File. | 3 | LT Double Door IP55 Outdoor Panel Box of size 36\" (W) x 36\" (H) x 20\" (D) made out of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint siemens gray colour and consisting of4 nos. of 250 Amps Capacity, Aluminium bus-bar strips with proper colour coding and insulation and covering the Bus-Bar visibility with 6mm Hylem sheet from inside. At the bottom, 1 x 250A, 50KA Range 4P MCCB has to provided. The output from the MCCB to be connected to the BusBars with same size & range Aluminium Bus-Bar links. Each Busbar to have 4 nos of holes at equal distance to connect UG Cables of sizes 35 to 120 Sq.Mm. All plate cutting for fixing glands, entry and exit of UG cables are to be made available for minimum of 4 sets of UG Cables at the bottom. The Panel Box should have provision for mounting on the ground with total stand height of 1.5 Feet grouted to the ground using cement, bricks etc., doors on front side with locking arrangements, RYB LED Indicating Lamps, Aluminium Earth Bus-Bar extended on either side of the box, water proof vents ( 6 Inch x 6 Inch) on both the sides covered with wire mesh from inside to avoid entry of any insects etc., The existing 120 sq.mm to use as Incomer for MCCB and to connect existing 95.0 sq.mm in the Bus-Bar Output. | 4 | Dismantling & taking down existing Old Panel and its accessories etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input and insulating the same, depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Auction / Electrical Section Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage. |
| 5 | Labour charges for digging 8 feet of depth below ground level, including to remove hard soil / rock etc., if any encountered, fixing the Item No:9 & 10, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:9 & 10 as required, as mentioned under S.No.9 & 10). |

Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet.As per IS 3043, charcoal/ coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate has to be tinned, connected copper flats have to be brazed and only SS nut, bolts and washers to be used. |
