No. Item Description 1 Carriage of following material from store center Meerut to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 40 Km. :- 2 PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long/STP Pole 11 Mtr. Long. 3 Line material such as 11 KV Cross arms 11 KV pin, 11 KV pin insulator, 11 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire ACSR weasel conductor, GI Wire, MS angle iron & MS Channel, TPMO, Fuse set etc. 4 10 KVA to 100 KVA T/F including complete related material required for transformer. 5 LT Lead 6 Metering cubical 7 CT/PT Unit 8 XLPE Cable of size 3x70/3x120 sq.mm 9 Erection of PCC pole 8.5 Mtr long/STP Pole 11 mtr long after digging a pit of size 1.6 mtr deep in all type of Soil including grouting ratio (1:4:8) & back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work. 10 Fabrication and fixing of all 11 KV HT/LT line accessories. 11 Erection of Double pole on PCC pole 8.5 mtr after digging a pit of size1.6 mtr deep in all type of Soil for each pole including grouting & back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work. 12 Fabrication and fixing of MS angle and MS channel, fixing all 11 KV accessories TPMO, Fuse set 11 KV pin insulators on D/P Pole. 13 Mounting of 10to 100 KVA T/F with proper jumpering of HT side and fixing of cable on LT side of T/F. 14 Making a section pole to exist pole after fabrication & fixing of T-channel fixing of all 11 KV accessories. 15 Erection of stay rod complete after digging a pit of size 1.6 mtr deep and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming. 16 Laying lifting stringing & proper sagging of ACSR weasel conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 11 KV line including binding & jumpering properly. 17 Laying of LT ABC Cable of various size including fixing of all LT ABC accessories on support 18 Fixing of Distribution box including fixing the cable from transformar and consumer service cable 19 Earthing of each 11 KV line pole & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mm x 250 mm and connection the earthing point with GL wire. 20 Guarding of line with G.I. wire having 2 no. horizontal wire & 3 Mtr distance of SWG G.I. wire after fabrication of guard cross arms of & fixing the same in supports. 21 Filling of 11 KV Jointing Kit Indoor/Outdoor of size 3x70/3x120 sq.mm 22 Laying of XLPE Cable of size 3x70/3x120 sq.mm pit of the size 1.5 in the trench and road crossing in the air 23 Mounting and installation of CT/PT Unit. 24 Mounting of fixing of metering cubical 25 Providing and fixing of Holding clamp. 26 Providing and fixing of LT Clamp. 27 Providing and fixing of J Hook. 28 Providing and fixing of Piercing Clamp. 29 Providing and fixing of Dead and clamp. 30 Providing and fixing of MS Nut and bolts 31 Providing and fixing of LT Insulator. 32 Cutting & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree.
