Surface Preparation : - Clean the surface thoroughly by wire brushing and vacuum cleaning to remove all loose particles, dust, laitance, mold, small plants, grass, release agents, and curing compounds. Avoid water jettinga). Treat all cracks with Rearm SBR modified mortar to ensure a uniform surface. For filling cracks for Holes and dents on the surface of terrace polymer modified cement sand mortar is to be used.b)Allow the surface to self-cure for a minimum of 24 hours. Ensure the moisture content is below 5% before priming.1st Coat -:(i) Apply the 1st coat of a two-component acrylic-modified agent (such as AquaArm 2C or equivalent) to form a seamless and durable waterproofing membrane.(ii) Use a brush or roller to apply the 1st coat on the surface-saturated dry roof and inside intermediate walls.(iii) Lay fiberglass (45 gsm) on the first layer while it is still green to enhance reinforcement and crack resistance.(iv)Apply the 1st coat at a rate of 1 kg/sqm/coat, ensuring complete coverage and uniform thickness.

2nd Coat :-Providing and applying 2nd coat of two component acrylic modified agent of Aqua arm 2C or equivalent, of flexible cementitious material perpendicular to the Ist coat over the glass fibre laid surface. 2nd coat should be applied @ 0.8kg/Sqmt/coat. For the purpose of entire treated surface will be measured.\" 3rd Coat :-Providing and applying 3rd coat of a two-component acrylic-modified flexible cementitious material perpendicular to the 1st coat over the fiberglass-laid surface. Ensure thorough coverage of the entire surface area, including corners and edges, to prevent water penetration. Apply the 3rd coat @ 0.7 kg/sqm/coat, paying attention to achieving a smooth and uniform finish. After three days of drying the 2nd and 3rd coats, plug all rainwater outlets and conduct a ponding test for a minimum of 48 hours to identify any seepage or leakage points from soffit and walls .If any leaks are detected during the ponding test, promptly rectify them as per the engineer\"s direction to ensure the effectiveness of the waterproofing system.Note : (The treatment shall be guaranteed for ten years for leak proof performance)

Providing and laying wearing surface of 50 mm withPolymer modified cementitious screeds concrete with concrete hardener topping, 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, polymer modified compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer\"s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. all complete as per specification and as Directed by Engineer Incharge.

General Note- 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site condition as welll as security condition at AMD.2. The rates shall include cost of tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastage and taxes, GST, labour cess, income tax etc, as applicable but exclusive of EPF & ESI. EPF & ESI are reimbursible as per relevant clause.
