Tender For Spess Providing G.I Sheet Roofing- 1 Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. 2 Providing and fixing anchor bolts 10 mm dia 3 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes 4 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation asapproved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gramsper sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet andpolyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum toavoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desiredby Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm)with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 5 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness, zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:mm(+0.05%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on bothside of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/self tapping screwscomplete:Ridges plain (500-600 mm) 6 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as permanufacturers specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.Onsteel work 7 Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 m dia 4 Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall 8 Fixing PVC split pipe including jointing of pipe with one step PVC solvent cement, testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 200mm 4kgf/sq cm. Including clamps at a distance of 1- meter center to center or as per directions of engineer in charge . 9 Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes, including jointing with PVC solvent cement-110 mm dai bend 10 Providing and fixing PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for Rigid PVC pipes including jointing with PVC solvent cement 110x110x 110 mm dia Tee 11 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts 12 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 13 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) 14 Labour engaged for miscellaneous works, coolie 15 Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side water proofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plastersurface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coatof self priming of cementatiouswaterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats ofcementatious water proofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) afterscrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film &loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction ofEngineer-in-Charge.
