Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Amc For Fe Devices - 1. The Contractor shall carry out Cleaning, Servicing, Maintenance and upkeep of various types of FE Devices in Different capacities located across ASL Main Building/DRDL/RCI & CPDC Campus. 2. Checking the FE Devices for any defects like Corrosion, Leak etc. If found isolate that cylinder from others and put an identification mark prominently so that it can be identified and replaced suitably. 3. The inspection shall be carried Once Every Month as per Maintenance Schedule. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining records pertaining to each and every FE Devices. 5. The contractor shall maintain proper records for FE Devices Maintenance including Minor Repairs and replacement of various parts. 6. In addition, the Contractor shall carry out checks to ensure that the FE Devices are in a Clean condition and Hooked Properly on the Clamps with Safety Clip properly inserted, The Discharge tube and squeeze grip have to be maintained, checked for any cracks and blockage. Olling and Greasing has to be done for all the threaded components. The pressure Gauge also needs to be checked regularly. 7. A detailed Log Book shall be maintained giving the current status of individual FE Devices and shall be submitted to the concerned authority. 8. Suitable Weigh Machine shall be arranged by the Contractor for measuring the Weight of Co2 and other Gas based FE Devices and if the weight of the Gas is lesser 10% the same shall be reported for Refilling. 9. Chemicals / Refillable Materials, Dry Powder and other Extinguish accessories viz. Hose, Clips, Washers shall be borne by ASL. A consolidated list of such required material shall be provided to the concerned authority on a Monthly Basis. 10. FE Devices which are found to be faulty and therefore not fit for Refilling shall be identified and reported to the concerned officer. A Red label indicating Non-Usability shall be affixed. 11. One Supervisor and Two Technicians shall be present at all the times during Office Working Hours only, however, in case of emergency, Firm should provide maintenance/ special services during holidays and off working hours also. 12. To classify the FE Devices based on their condition into 3 Categories and Label them accordingly such as: a. Red Not Fit b. Orange AMC Required/Refilling Required c. Green Fit for use. 13. AMC for FE Devices 1100 Nos 14. Payment will be made monthly against satisfactory job completion certificate. Total Quantity :
