    Tender For Boiling House Contract Jobs Daily Juice heater tube cleaning, job includes opening & tightening of both covers of juice heater and to put in operation after checking leakages. i) Raw/ sulphited and syrup heater (with hand scrapper). ii) For dynamic juice heater, clear juice heater & vapour line juice heater (with hand scrapper). iii) For raw, sulphited and syrup heater (with motor). iv) For dynamic juice heater, clear juice heater & vapour line juice heater (with motor). Daily cleaning and washing of all mills, juice weighing scale and receiving tanks, raw juice tanks of mill house, RVFs filtrate pit and sprinkling of bleaching powder. Above work should be done twice a day. Tube cleaning of duplex condensate heater, set of 12 nos. heaters having tube length 5 mtrs. Job includes opening and tightening of top and bottom covers and to put in operation after checking leakage
