Bids Are Invited For K-9-1-1 Oct1. 10292-71 Ring As per TA No: :: 1) These parts As per TA No: :: 1) These parts are manufactured based on OEM standard and for identification, the part number is prefixed by K. 2) Each batch of item should be supplied in well packed condition ensuring its preservation life of minimum 03 years before next preservation or packing. The packet should have a identification tag endorsing Suppliers Name, Year of manufacturing, Batch Number and Quantity, next packing or Preservation due date (if any) etc. 3) Each batch of item should carry the Material confirmation certificate, tensile strength (limit 20 - 27 kgf/mm2), % elongation (36 minimum) (from DGAQA/NABL approved laboratory) and dimensional reports. 4) Supplier shall provide a material specimen (20x10 mm) for each item type for confirmation of chemical composition at our end during batch acceptance. 5) 5% (or 10 numbers, whichever is more)dimensional check and visual inspection to be carried out at Koraput during batch acceptance. 158 NOS.
