    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - REPAIR REFURBISHMENT OF MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT ONBOARD MNDF CGS HURAVEE, 1. Repair/Replace of defective alarm system and Check Fire bell 2. 2 Manufacturing/repairing of shore supply box partially with MS material as per sample if box found corroded. 3 Painting of shore supply box both side 4 Manufacturing of bus bar insulator of ebonite material. 5 Manufacturing of copper bus bar as per sample. 6 Brazing of studs and auxiliary studs if required. Material as per original (copper, brass) 7 Fitment of suitable plate, spring washers and bolts. 8 Fitment of insulating ebonite sheet inner side wall of shore supply box. 9 Fitment of phase indicator lamp with lamp holder qty.-02 each fuses qty.-03 and wiring of circuit with suitable electronic parts like resistor and capacitors. 10 Testing of shore supply box. 11 Removal of window wipers for repairs 12 Overhauling of window wiper motor 13 Rewinding of window wiper motor 14 Balancing of Rotor of window wiper motor 15 Removal of electric controller 16 Repair & refurbishment of electric controller (type: 3 speed) 17 Rewinding & Repair of solenoid coil 18 Repair of window wiper roller and moving mechanism 19 Repair of blade wiper & replacement of rubber lining 20 Overhauling and repairing of gearbox 21 Fitment of window wiper after repairs 22 Fitment of electric controller 23 Connectorisation of window wipers 24 Trials 25 Repair & refurbishment and Serviceability Checks of NLCP 26 Repairs of PCBs 27 Testing and Trials Total Quantity :
