Tender For WORK FOR REPLACEMENT OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT TO ATTEND THE EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN AT VARIOUS SUB STATION DURING THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR UNDER ETD-III, LUCKNOW, 1 Replacement of various 220 KV, 132 KV and 33KV equipments under ETD-III, Lucknow along with other associated works during the period of 1 Year, with all due care of safety & precautions, with all cost of men, misc, consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work as per technical specifications & direction of the Supervisiting Engineer. 2 Replacement of220KV CT/CVT/PT/LA/PI with all cost of required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. Shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per details below:- 3 Dismantling of 220 KV CT/CVT/PT after opening of its both side jumpers, earthing, cable, termination etc. Including shifting of dismantled material from site to store. 4 Erection of new 220 KV CT/CVT/PT including shifting of new 220 KV CT/CVT/PT from store to site. The work also includes jumpering from both side, earthing & cable termination. 5 Dismantling of 220 KVLA after opening of its. Jumpers earthing including shifting of dismatled material from site to store. 6 Erection of new 220 KV LA including shifting of new 220 KV LA from store to site. The work also includes jumpering from both side. Earthling and cable termination. 7 Replacement of 132 KV CT/PT/LA with all cost of required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. Shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost as per below:- 8 Dismantling of 132 KV CT after opening of its both side jumpers, cable, termination etc. Including shifting of dismantled material from site to store. 9 Dismantling of 132 KV PT after opening of its both side jumpers, cable, termination etc. Including shifting of dismantled material from site to store. 10 Erection of new 132 KV CT including shifting of new 132 KV CT from store to site. The work also includes jumpering from both side, earthing & cable termination. 11 Erection of new 132 KV PT including shifting of new 132 KV PT from store to site. The work also includes jumpering from both side, earthing & cable termination. 12 Dismantling of 132KVLA after opening of its. Jumpers earthing including shifting of dismatled material from site to store. 13 Erection of new 132 KV LA including shifting of new 132 KV LA from store to site. The work also includes jumpering from both side. Earthling and cable termination. 14 Replacement of defective/damaged of 33 KV VCB/CT/PT/LA installed at various 220KV & 132KV S/S under ETD-III, Lucknow. 15 Dismantling of 33 KV Damaged/Defective VCB including shifting of dismantled VCB from switchyard to storage place/store room. 16 Modification of 33 KV VCB foundation as per site requirement/as per manufacturing drawing or as per direction of Supervising Engineer and shifting of earthing and both side jumper. 17 Erection of new 33 KV VCB in proper alignment & cable termination of circuit breaker as per logic for tripping/closing/spring charging/indication/Supervision ckt with proper ferruling and checking out of breaker operation from local/remote, including earthing and connection of both side jumpers and works related to complete the erection work. All required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. Shall be arranged by the contrator at his own cost. 18 Replacement of existing control panels/line protection panel/Transformer control & relay panel by new panel. 19 Dismantling of control panels/line protection panel/Transformer control & relay panel by opening of all the associated control cable termination and earthing, shifting of dismantled panel to store. 20 Erection of required panels(control panels/line protection panel/Transformer control & relay panel etc.), earthing of panel and all the associated cable termination & shifting of new control panels from store to site and other associated work.
