Removal of worn-out / damaged GI Aluminum sheet from Boiler / duct / pipe line of boiler area and refixing after completion of ratification works.

Removal of insulation double layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) wool mattress, G.I Cladding sheet, stiffeners, retainer plates etc.welding the support plates, rectification and refixing the existing insulationdouble layer (60mm + 60mm = 120mm thick) wool mattress, GI sheets, lead and lift etc in the required area ofFlue gas duct,Air Pre Heater andwith new fastners.

Fixing and removing the scaffolding arrangements for insulation work around the ducts, Flue gas duct and APH size 3m x 3m.
