The complete scope of work for fabrication & supply 6 Nos. of strainer shaft for self cleaning strainer is as under: 1)Fabrication of strainer shaft having specification is as under: a)Material-Seamless S.S tube (Schedule80 ). Material should be tested for any type of crack/discontinuity by radiographic test / DPT. b)I.D 36 mm, O.D- 48 mm c)Length- As per sample or as per BHEL Drawing. The shaft should be welded with high grade stainelss steel rod at upper end and lower end suitable for existing thread ratio.2) Fabrication of Rotating arm (blade) with stainless steel 304 grade -A having size 465x400x25 mm. The space between two rorating arm is to be adjusted so that the flow between the grooves/space shoud be 500m3/Hr. 3) Welding of rorating arm with S.S tube (shaft) with MIG/TIG or Tick welding by crating \"V\" grooves before welding.4) Fixing of M8x20 Hex head nut and bolt along with jointing sheet having thickness 20 mm to complete job. 5) Supply of fabricated shaft assembly to F.O.R i.e Larji Power House Thalout complete in all respect.
