    Tender For Hydro Testing Of Various Pressure Vessels During Mta-2024 In Main Plant Of Hwpm; 1 Maintenance of flange joint including cleaning and lapping of flange face, cleaning of fasteners including replacement of gasket etc as per Item-1 of technical specification. 2 Upto 2 NB 3 3NB 4 4NB 5 6 NB 6 8NB 7 10NB 8 12 NB 9 14NB 10 20NB 11 24 size 12 Opening of the flange joint, cleaning the surface of the flanges, blinding of the flanges with suitable blind/specticle blind flanges for enabling hydrotesting, removal of the blind flanges after hydrotesting, cleaning and lapping of flange faces for accomodating new gasket, cleaning of fasteners, putting new gasket and boxing up the flanges followed by torquing of the joint to the prescribed torque value. 13 Upto 2 NB 14 3NB 15 4NB 16 6NB 17 8NB 18 10NB 19 12NB 20 14NB 21 20NB 22 Filling of the pressure vessels with water, hydrotesting of pressure vessels and depressurising of the vessel after hydrotestingas per the scope of work and technical specification.
