Caretaking services of all IQ suitesincluding attending to visitors, serving drinking water, attending telephones, maintenaing records of bookings for all suites completing all the entries regarding checking in and out from visitors clooecting charges from visitors and depositing the same to authorities preapation of tea and meals (Chargeable from visitors) as and when required changing of bed sheets pillow covers towels soap etc as per requirement on change of occupancy or weekly, dry cleaning of blankets in alternate month (minimum three times in agreement period) washing of curtains after every three months (minimum two times in agreement period)general upekeep day to day cleaning disting of furniture cleaning of floors bathrooms cleaning of utensils washing of dirty linen (i.e bed sheets, pillow covers quilt covers etc), including all other duties of caretaking assigned from time to time all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.Note :- 01. Consumable like detergent/ floor cleaners /disinfectants/soap/duster / broom / WC cleaner & brushes, Cost of Gasrefilling, cleaning charges for curtains/bedding, / blankets / Quilt cover etc. shall be borne by the agency . 02. Crockery, utensils, curtains, bedding, gas stove with cylinder, furniture etc. shall be provided by the department and agency shall be responsible for its safety.03. IQ rooms booking shall be confirmed from the authorized person of BSNL and no unauthorized person shall be allowed to enter in BSNL IQ premises.
