Hence Bidders Shall Quote For All The Items Of This Sor. , Note: 3 The Bidder Shall Fill In Rates For All Items As Detailed In This Schedule Of Rates. Bidder Will Not Be Entitled To Be Paid Anything By Cpcl In Respect Of Unquote / Left Blank / Zero Is Entered And The Cost /Price In Respect Of Such Items Shall Be Deemed To Be Included In The Other Items In The Schedule Of Rates. , Note: 4 Owner Reserves The Right To Reject Bidder(S) In Which Rate(S) Are Not Quoted By The Bidder For One Or More Items. In Case Of Such Rejection, Bidder Cannot Claim For Award Either In Full Or Partial. , Note: 5 In Case, L1 Bidder Is Rejected As Per Note No 4 Above, Then Cpcl At Its Discretion Shall Award This Work To The Subsequent Lowest Bidder. => Limited
