Tender For Designing, Branding Of Tourism Stall And Implementation Of Programme In Connection With Holding The Bangla Moder Garbo During The Period 2024- 1 Tourism stall (10 ft X 10 ft) 2 Branding with approved design of 3 side wooden with black back flex wall of the stalls 3 Preparation of platform (6) 4 Carpeting and Colouring of the entire pavilion 5 Frontlit inside the stall 6 Fixing of Plywood (for outside walls, fascia, ceiling) 7 Printing, fixing of flex for glow shine ceiling 8 Facia with LOGO of West Bengal Tourism and Biswa Bangla 9 Illumination and Arrangement of Furniture along with Electronic Gadget 10 55” Plasma TV with stand 11 Illuminated & decorated desk along with lock and key facility (3 ft. x 2 ft.). 12 Thematic Glass Round Table 13 VIP Chairs 14 Three Seater Sofa with Centre Table 15 Glass Bowl 16 Cabling & Technician 17 Stationary articles for entire programme, like, A4- pages 1 rim, pen pencil, staplers, gum tube, clip board, clips, office stationary, L- folder, cover files etc. 18 Transportation of publicity materials for the Festival from - 2, Brabourne road, 4th floor to the stall of West Bengal Tourism at the venue (Kolkata and surrounding withing 50 KM) 19 Transportation of publicity materials for the Festival from - 2, Brabourne road, 4th floor to the stall of West Bengal Tourism at the venue outside Kolkata (rate should be quoted per kilometre for other districts) 20 Arrangement of Transport for the official of Tourism Department as per requirement (Kolkata and surrounding withing 50 KM) 21 Arrangement of Transport for the official of Tourism Department as per requirement, (Rate should be quoted per kilometre along with overnight charges upto 5 Days) 22 Boarding, Food and Lodging of Official of Tourism Department in the town/city for 4 people as per requirement in AC Deluxe category rooms outside Kolkata (Rate should quoted per day per head wise upto 5 Days) 23 Rs.3000/- to meet up different incidental expenditure to be handed over to the attending officer 24 10 food packets (10 x 3days) @Rs.250 for participating exhibitor, officials, guests 25 10 cup (3 days) tea & biscuits @Rs.10 each day for participating exhibitor, officials 26 Water bottle (250 ml) for all participating exhibitor, officials, guests for three days 27 Online Booking 28 High speed internet connections (1nos.) (15 mbps) at the stall of West Bengal Tourism 29 One Laptop, printer with A4 size papers, sufficient (4 nos.) electrical points at the Stall of West Bengal Tourism 30 Providing Manpower and Event Management Charges 31 Required manpower for the all kinds of logistics and support along with supervising of entire work for 3 days 32 Required Host / Hostess for distribution of publicity brochures entire work for 3 days 33 Required manpower for servicing of refreshments, cleaning and maintenance 34 Documentation (Good Quality Still Photographs) of the entire work submitted in the 1TB external Hard Drive () 35 Government Taxes 36 Govt taxes
