Dismantling the existing display board with steel wire rope and other necessary existing fittings and kept in the said pump houses as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of calibrated CI sheet indication display scale made from 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm angle iron25 mm X 6 MM MS flat and 16 SWG GI sheet with two coats of approved quality white paint after one coat of grey priming and the graduation from 0.5 m as per direction of E.I.C .

Painting the angles, brackets,etc.(including labour charges) after erection of display board as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing 6 M long rigid PVC pipe 150 mm NB of ISI approved quality grade of 6 kg/cm2 including fixing materials such as MS clamps etc. and labour charges for fixing the same in the reservoir by arrangement and attachment as per direction of EIC.

Making of scale maker of the level indicator.

Fitting of the components i.e, fixing balancing wheels on the top of fixture,on the lever,floating ball along with tensile rope.

Hire charge of gas cutting machine including labour cost.

Hire charge of welding machine 80A (rating) including welders as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

Commissioning and fixing the indication needle by trial and error method and fix the needle at proper position as per direction of EIC.

Supplying,fitting and fixing gunmetal wheel valve of approved brand and make tested to 21 kg per sqcm.(for water lines only). Size20 mm dia

Supplying,fitting and fixing gunmetal wheel valve of approved brand and make tested to 21 kg per sqcm.(for water lines only). Size 15 mm dia

Less scrap value @ 10% unserviceable on item no 2,4,6,10,11
