    Bids Are Invited For SUPPLY OF BEML INTEST - 460TI01002-1 Registration / Empanelment Requirement: Contract shall be awarded to only such sellers, who are registered / empanelled / approved /enlisted with M/s. BEML Limited for the required goods / service category on the date of bid opening. Prospective bidders (if not already registered), are advised to get themselves registered with the said registration authority before bid opening date. (It is certified that the registration is granted by the registering agency as per Rule 150 of GFR following a fair, transparent and reasonable procedure). Bidder to provide vendor code registered with BEML. Write vendor code 2 Previous supply details: Bidder to indicate details of work order/PO for supply of Similar item to BEML Limited. Write PO details 3 Confirmation to Specification: Bidders should confirm that they have clearly understood the drawings & supply can be ensured as per Drawing. Indicate YES / NO 4 Quality requirement: Vendor should ensure all the quality requirements as per QAP & all documents to be submitted accordingly along with supplies. Vendor should co-ordinate/ associate for obtaining BEML SIT inspection clearance before dispatch of items. Indicate YES / NO 5 Delivery Schedule: Supply should be ensured at BEML Palakkad Division as per below schedule:  460TI01002 - BEML INTEST Delivery Schedule: Within 04 months from PO Indicate YES / NO 6 General Terms & Conditions: All the General Terms & conditions enclosed with this Tender are read and Same will be adhered while execution of this order. Indicate YES / NO Total Quantity : 8
