Tender For Miscellaneous Work In Pd Cpp => Limited; 1 Miscellaneous work in PD-CPP 2 Collection and segregation ofwastematerials in the building premiseslike chemical containers,barrels,used bags,mud, ,etc. lying onthe ground floor near Boiler area, pipe rack area, TG Floor area, Cooling tower area etc. Also the waste materials lying in various floors of the Boiler No: 1, 2 and 3 should be collected and kept at one point on ground for removal. 3 The work involves the removal of the collected watematerials as per the Item 1. The vehicles for the transportation, loading/unloading of the waste materials, tools and tackles for carrying out the work will be in contractors scope. The dumping of the materials has to be done in thein the areaas instructed by the Engineer Incharge, within the premises of FACT UD. 4 Movingand re-arranging of the usedmaterials/ equipment parts such as valve ,pumps, flanges, motors, radiators, drums, welding sets, structural items, roof sheets etc. stacked in the CPP building North and South entrance areas, Boiler Feed Pump Area, TG Floor Area etc. as per the instruction of the Engineer incharge. All the cleaning materials required and rigging materials/ tackles required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. The EOT crane available in the TG floor can be used as free on availability. If any items stacked in this area is required to move to other locations in petroplant areas, vehicle for transportation shall be arranged by FACT,loading / unloading shall be in contractors scope. 5 The scope of work includes removal of vegetation from the outer of side walls and top platform ofCooling tower cells , removal of vegetation from side walls of pond and floor, removal of mud and slurry from the floor, removal of any other unwanted materials etc. in the CPP Cooling Tower. The necessary toolsand tackles required for executing the work will be in contractors scope. Cleaning of all the 4 Cooling Tower cells at a time will be considered as one item. 6 The work involves the cleaning of the Furnace Oil Pump House area. The Furnace Oil spillage in the floor area, under the oil heaters, pump area,condensate drains etc. has to be completely removed, by first putting saw dust in the floor area and then removingthe oil soaked saw dust. The waste has to be properly collected in sacks and disposed off, as per the instruction of engineer incharge.The saw dust has to be provided by the Contractor. The tools and other materials like cotton waste etcrequired for carrying out the work, in all respect has to be brought by the contractor.
