Fabrication and supply of dead end clamp of strong aluminum alloy (A-6 alloy) manufactured by die casting process and pressure suitable for ACSR 6/1/3.35mm / AAAC 7/3.15mm conductor. The clamp should have 3 \"U\" bolts of 12mm dia with nut and washer.Rivet of 16mm dia split pin of brass and steel part should be hot dipped galvanized confirming to IS: 2633 and clamp tested as per IS: 2121 and 2486 or latest version. The weight of aluminum portion should be 950 gms. ± 2.5% and that of steel portion should be 750 gms. ± 2.5%.
