SCOPE OF WORK: 1. The vendor shall arrange the necessary skilled based and trained manpower to complete the scaffold in the desired time mentioned by the engineer in-charge. 2. The area shall be barricaded, and a rope shall be provided before the commencement of the Job. 3. After the necessary work permit issued by AM/NS Engineer-In charge, the work shall be started and completed within the stipulated time. 4. Vendor shall ensure the usage of PPE at workplace and any deviation of the same penalty as per the terms shall be levied. 5. Arrangement of tools and tackles. (Under Vendor Scope) 6. Scaffolding should be of ringlock and cuplock type. 7. Scaffolding pipes and Scaffold Clamps are also in vendor scope. 8. Vendor should make certain that all scaffolds are always in plumb and level. 9. Scaffolds shall be secured from tipping when the scaffold height exceeds four times its minimum base dimension. 10. The members of scaffolds shall overhang not less than 6 on either ends but not more than 12. They shall be fastened on both ends and laid tight by scaffolds and clamps. 11. Vendor shall ensure to use safety gadgets, PPEs, Safety belts, safety harness wherever applicable. 12. Vendor shall ensure maximum safety at work and all the necessary precautions, toolbox talk, Hazard identification is to be carried out before erection and dismantling of scaffold.
