    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Pri Line Service, 1. Scope of Service shall cover providing of uninterrupted PRI Line service to Buyer as per laid down SLA and other provisions contained in the agreement document. 2. Service Provider shall provide One Primary Rate Interface (PRI) line service with 30 voice channels and minimum 500 Direct Inward Dialling (DID) numbers at Buyer’s premises. 3. Service Provider shall terminate PRI line to Buyer’s existing EPABX system having PRI interface card with copper wire based port connectivity. 4. Service Provider shall lay fiber upto Buyer premises to provide PRI connectivity and interface through suitable devices (MODEM/MUX/Convertor etc.) to terminate to Buyer’s EPABX. 5. Service Provider shall perform the installation of casing/capping and cables as required for setting up necessary cable laying /wiring of equipment to enable the service as required. 6. Local, STD and International call facility shall be available through PRI line. 7. Delivery and activation time for PRI service as mentioned in scope of services shall be of maximum 30 days from the date of signing of agreement. 8. Response Time: Service Provider shall provide services with MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) of maximum 4 hrs. measured during the calendar quarter. Total Quantity :
