Digging of 3 no pits of size (2’.0” x2’.0” x 3’.0”) inside the pump room and removal of excavated material for disposing at suitable dumping site.The job involves construction of concreteblocks 3nos of finish size (2’.0” x2’.0” x 3’.0”). The job includes laying of crushed stones with concrete mass of 1:2:4 mass ratio. Complete job to be executed at site including cost of material and labour, tools tackles charge at site.

Providing and laying of 6No.s ISMC of size 100mm and 12 ft in height and 07no.s M.S square plate (0.25 x 0.25) be fabricated at site. The job includes erection works at site by way of welding of ISMC 100 MS channel with 6no sq. plates for 3 no. vertical columns to be raised for utilizing 3 no MS plates at bottom of the column and 3 no. at top of the column by way of using special electrodes. Job further includes erection of the channels in the laid pits by utilizing manual labour along with tools and tackles for said job. Filling of 2 No. pits adjacent to the shutter and 1 no. pit at the far end of pump room with cement concrete mix done at site after erecting the 3 No. vertical columns in the pits. Providing and fitting of ISMB of size 150mm of length 35 feet by welding suitable lengths of ISMB 150, and welding it on top of ISMB 150 of length 10 feet with MS square plate at the centre of 10 feet ISMB 150 supported on on two columns alongside the shutter. Welding the other side of 35 feet bean on third column top MS plate and beam may also be grouted in the wall as per site conditions. Further the job includes etching polishing of the surfaces of newly installed gantry to make it smooth then applying one coat of primer and two coats of paint. Job also involved providing and fitting of 3Ton chain pulley block along with horizontal movement mechanism on the overhead gantry, testing and commissioning of the same. The job included the cost of material, labour charges for fabrication of overhead gantry and welding set & Oxy-acetylene gas equipment’s, transportation charges, DG set charges, head load charges of carriage of material along the hilly terrarain, skilled /semiskilled labour charges at the site of installation. Minor repair of 200mm dia. foot valve (2Nos.). & painting of foot valves, suction and delivery pipes. The job also includes P/F of 120 sq mm single core PVC sheathed Al cable of 120m length for 3 No. 100 HP motors installed at Talwara. The job involves fitting of Al cables from LT Panels to Starters of all units, then connecting 3 no.ATS with respective motors of all three units. the job also involves involves P/f of al cable from voltage stabiliser output to LT panel incomer unit with proper thimbles at the ends of each connection. The job involves cost of materials, skilled labour and testing commissioning at site.
